 4. How to Return a Product  

To return a product, please follow these steps:  

1) Select Your Order: Log into your account, go to your order history, and choose the item you wish to return.  

2) Choose a Return Reason: Select the reason for your return and provide a brief description if required. Click Continue to proceed.  

3) Review Your Return Information: Ensure all details are correct before clicking Continue.  

4Print Return Labels: Click on the "Print Labels" button. Each return label will be printed on a separate page.  

5) Prepare the Package:  

   Place the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip inside the package.  

   Securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box using clear tape.  

6) Ship the Parcel: Send the package to our returns center using a shipping provider that offers tracking and insurance to ensure the package reaches us safely.  


 5. Refund Policy  

 Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase whenever possible.  

 If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.  


 6. Delivery Timeframe
